Rental Policy

Weekly reservations require advance deposit of half the basic rental amount within two weeks from date the reservation is made. Final payment including taxes, Damage Deposit and any rental items is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival. Payments after 30 days may be applied to Visa/Master Card. Canadian payments must be in U.S. funds.
